Dignity
Collectors are trained, consented staff doing real commercial work. Paid for the work and for the capture. Revocation is per take, and it is real.
Evidence
Every claim is a number, an artifact, or a checkable spec. In our marketing and in our standups. Reason-coded rejects apply to our own decisions too.
Ownership
Small team, whole problems. You own one gate of the refinery end to end: capture, consent, QA, or export. And the metric that proves it works.
